Capacity Strengthening for Inclusion and Empowerment (CSIE)

Addressing Barriers through CSIE training

We recognize that sustainable inclusion begins with empowering organizations, businesses, and individuals to embed disability-inclusive practices into their programs and services. The Capacity Strengthening for Inclusion and Empowerment (CSIE) program is designed to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to develop, implement, and monitor disability-inclusive initiatives effectively.

Through tailored training sessions, workshops, and mentorship, CSIE builds the capacity of stakeholders to address barriers to inclusion and create accessible environments. From disability-inclusive program design to monitoring and evaluation, participants gain practical skills and insights to integrate inclusivity across their operations. This program not only fosters awareness but also inspires stakeholders to champion inclusion in their respective fields.

We facilitate access to professional support services via our digital platform, which connects users to service providers seamlessly. This platform allows persons with disabilities to choose the type of support service they need—from personal assistance to sign language interpretation—by interacting with a user-friendly digital Application.
